Founded in 2002, Summit Pointe Homeowner's Association has been serving our community for over 21 years. Our association was established to provide a platform for residents to voice their concerns and work together to improve our neighborhood.
At Summit Pointe Homeowner's Association, we offer a variety of services to our members, including maintenance of common areas, fountains and pond management.
We encourage all residents to get involved with Summit Pointe Homeowner's Association and help make a difference in our community. Whether it's by volunteering for a committee, attending a meeting, or simply staying informed about association news, your participation is valuable and appreciated.

2024 Summit Pointe Homeowners Association Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of the Board of Trustees and homeowner members of the Summit Pointe Homeowners Association will be held at 7 PM on Thursday November 7, 2024 in the meeting room at the Clearcreek Township Government Center. Official notice and proxy form will be mailed mid October 2024.
The Board is seeking volunteers to take responsibility for decorating our entranceways for Christmas and also to setup and run the annual Easter Egg Hunt. There is an annual budgeted amount for both projects in the HOA's budget. Send an email to summitpointehoa1@gmail.com for more information and to volunteer.

DownloadBefore commencing any work on your residence or property, you are required to submit plans for your improvement to the Architectural Control Committee at SummitPointeHOA1@gmail.com. The application must provide the size and scope of your project including color selection (if necessary) and details regarding the improvement. The ACC has 30 days from the date of receipt of the application to approve, deny or request more information. Below is a link to the Improvement Application.
